Safira Spas approach is to work closely with developers, their key staffs and other advisers in a true spirit of partnership, to help them understand the key issues and operate their own projects by selecting and/or coaching the local project staffs required, transferring to client’s staffs the know-how, operating systems and self-confidence required to deliver the results. Safira Spas also manages independently, when requested and can assist with the delivery of fully operational new projects.
